We meet with you via phone, video conference, in person, Skype or by whatever
means you feel most comfortable using. During this time, we'll take about an hour
to talk to you about what you're looking for in your site. This is about your vision
and your needs, and is a good time to bring up any concerns, questions or problems!
We'll use the knowledge we gained from our initial meeting to create a development plan
proposal. We'll typically prepare a Web Flow chart illustrating how your pages link
together, a database diagram and any other tools necessary to make sure we have
everything on paper. Due to the dynamicism of this step, your availability by e-mail is
highly recommended during this phase, and ours is guaranteed.
Once you're satisfied with the development proposal, and have locked in your project
with a nominal deposit, we'll schedule an additional meeting with one or more of our
highly skilled graphic designers. During this phase we'll develop the "look & feel" of
your site using wireframes, sketches, mockups and other design tools. Once you approve
of the beta designs, we'll begin designing the graphics and you'll have two more
revision phases to get every detail correct.
Next we provide a full project proposal, including project and cost
schedules. Once you have signed off on the final project proposal, we'll
take all the data we've compiled and begin converting your graphic design
into a working website. We'll keep you in the loop with bi-weekly releases
to a development site, so you can see the progress every step of the way.
Once you're completely satisfied we'll actually launch your brand new site, and
continue to monitor closely for the next two weeks. After this, your site is
placed into our routine maintenance schedule and you'll begin to receive a large
enough sample of measurable tracking data after about two to three months of going
live. At this point we can schedule a follow up meeting to discuss the success and
execution of future plans.
